I personally loved the ice cream because I’ve never tasted anything like it before. The flavours were unique, and the colours were playful and aesthetic. The interior of the place is also super cute. I’ll definitely be coming here again to try the other flavours.

Absolutely loved the charcoal coconut ice cream at iHalo Krunch! The taste was rich and subtly sweet with a refreshing coconut flavor, and the activated charcoal added a unique twist without overpowering it. A perfect balance of flavor and fun—definitely worth going back for!

The newest location in their chain is looking great! Love the pink piano as soon as you enter! the ice cream here was actually so refreshing! Love the flavour choices available and with their charcoal cone, it just looks so aesthetically pleasing! cannot say much about service as I went during a pre-grand opening, but I think it would be great considering that they started to offer samples to people not part of the event in order to just not have people lining up without reason! This location also offers ice cream bubble tea, customizable pints and even birthday cakes! The only thing is with the cold ice cream, the pearls can tend to get a little hard, but the creaminess of the drink is just on point! Great job overall! A very nice place with interesting icecream…Really enjoyed this ice cream! Every flavour was so distinct, but my favourite would have to be the Ube. The bubble tea with ice cream is also good and a unique concept, but I didn’t like the tapioca but definitely go for that also …

Great service and delicious soft-serve Icecream! I would definitely come back to try more. I was curious about black Icecream, but it’s actually delicious coconuts! I personally liked Ube( purple yum) as well:)

iHalo Krunch was pretty good. The ice cream was creamy and the charcoal cone was a cool twist. The flavors were nice and the place had a fun vibe. Overall a solid spot for a sweet treat.

I never thought I’d ever try black ice cream lol, but iHALO completely changed my mind! It’s super delicious and I absolutely love it. If you’re looking to try something unique in Toronto with a perfect taste, I definitely recommend it.
